I delivered novated leasing solutions in this autonomous role to our large federal and state government client base in the ACT. I would regularly meet with employees to discuss the full vehicle salary packaging benefit in detail and assist our field sales team with conducting salary packaging presentations and information sessions to staff. I would facilitate all facets of assisting employees into their new salary packaged vehicles from arranging test drive referrals, quoting and arranging finance. I would regularly engage with our local vehicle dealer network and employer contacts at a B2B level with a view to grow our lead channel considerably. The role required a high level of maintained product and legislation knowledge, compliance and accreditation with our panel of financiers.

I commenced employment as a Fleet Manager assisting with the management of large corporate fleets and novated fleets in the salary packaging space. The key tasks were to ensure client contractual obligations were met along with seeking opportunities to drive organic growth, maximise renewal business and sell additional services. I would manage fleet turnover, including vehicle disposals, replacement quotations, registration renewals, term and kilometre management, exception reporting and data integrity reviews. I was fortunate enough to be promoted to the role of Relationship Manager, which saw me managing a small team and directly managing an allocated portfolio of clients with a very high level of stakeholder, client and supplier engagement. As well as continuing to be heavily involved in the Fleet Managers role, I would ensure contracted KPI's were adhered to and compiled and conducted quarterly reporting presentations to the client base which consisted of medium to large corporates.
