Facilitate training on Invoice & Payment Process, MS Access Contracts & Financial Page, Clinical Contracts Drive Orientation. Create/Maintain a Clinical Invoice & Payment Process for vendors & investigators. Proactively handle invoice disputes or questions with vendors. Ensure that Access Dbase is up to date with financial information per the vendor agreement/budget. Scan/Copy/File all fully executed contracts within the clinical contracts filing system &ensure files are audit ready.Facilitate accrulas process from beginning to end. Clinical study financial forecasting & continue to be involved in clinical trial budget process. Create/maintain Clinical Contracts folder & subfolders in drive map.
