I also assisted the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) by processing the standardized testing information.While working as a Curriculum Coordinator and Instructional Coach, I created a positive environment for faculty and students to support learning opportunities. To accomplish organizational goals, I managed staff recruitment and on boarding, transitioning more than sixteen teachers, paraprofessionals, advisors, and counselors onto the staff.
