• Creates a detailed development project plans. Plans the use of technical resources, implements andcontrol project schedules, initiates and maintains contract with internal and externals organizations andindividuals to appropriate cooperation, coordination and information exchange, with the goal ofsuccessful project execution.• Manage risks and issues on all assigned projects. Facilitates working groups to resolve issues and mitigaterisks while ensuring they are properly communicated across the project.• Efficiently takes corrective measures to monitor and analyze team performance and overall progress.• Coordinates with PMO team for Project closure and obtaining the Project cost, recording lessons learnt,and releasing resources.• Conduct sign-off (Kick-off) meeting with external stakeholders and set expectation for in scope andexclusions.• Manage project lifecycle and ensure that the milestones are achieved within forecasted timeline bytimely monitoring project variance.• Maintain and publish project status reports to keep everyone updated as agreed during kick-off• meetings.

• Conducting the ROM Meeting once the stake holders are identified and understand the requirements and work efforts required by each team for the project.• Calculating the effort estimates to monitory value and taking to the Program change control board for the approval of the projects.• Report progress to Project Manager using spreadsheet reports. Provided timely project status updates to the Onsite Project Manager.• Prepare Variance report as in required for comparing the status against planning. • Prepare Project cost estimates and discuss with sponsor for changeability and cost sharing if required. • Support project managers in Project closure ensuring it is completed accurately and timely. Reports such as lessons learnt, project closure acceptance to all stakeholders.
