Senior Consumer Insight Manager
CurrentResponsibility for the analysis and management of key consumer insight research projects, reporting on customer retail behaviour and consumer food trends for AHDB sector divisions.Key Responsibilities:• Reporting on regular purchasing trends for key food category such as Red Meats, Dairy products and Carbohydrates through Kantar Worldpanel data.• Reviewing consumer usage/behaviour trends to produce actionable insight for the sectors marketing teams and internal stakeholders using data sources such as NPD crest, Mintel, Future Foundations, Datamonitor and IGD.• Project management of regular consumer attitude/ option tracking surveys across key sector divisions, focusing on the dairy market, red meats and carbohydrates consumption.• Management of ad-hoc qualitative research projects to enhance the understanding of consumer attitudes/behaviour linked to the food retail environment. • Support of teams within AHDB market intelligence, providing articles, comments and advice on latest retail and consumption trends within their market.
