I am a young project manager currently working in the rail industry that continually seeks a challenging and complex learning environment to further my engineering knowledge, develop essential project management skills and acquire hands-on experience.I thrive within such environments as I can objectively target key engineering competencies and demonstrate essential skills to become a well-rounded project engineer. Being involved in this vital infrastructure allowed me to interact across various stakeholders such as practical contractors, technical consultants, government entities and inter-discipline peers. All of which allowed me to understand key design processes and technical standards and requirement in the rail industry.I began my career with the aspiration to deliver a project after being heavily involved in project development and scoping within the Ballarat Line Upgrade Scoping and a Major Stations Development project. These opportunities allowed me to successfully scope and develop a project that would in turn succeed into delivering the Flinders St Viaduct Renewals Project. This allowed me to progress my career target by delivering a project to completions through the Flinders St Viaduct Renewals Project.The opportunity to be involved across the entire project lifecycle provided an appreciation of the intricate and widespread relation within a project. I possess sought after experiences across project delivery, procurement and acquisition and administration services underpinned by my developed communication skills and decision making qualities and attributes.
