This includes recruiting attendees and volunteers, writing event memos, organizing transportation, communicating with event coordinators, and being a representative of the Congresswoman and the campaign when interacting with event guests. Types of events include fundraisers, party events, parades, and meet and greets.· Recruiting and training a core of volunteer leaders across the district to collect petitions to get Teresa Leger Fernandez on the ballot in 2022.· Coordinating the election of delegates to the State Pre-Primary Convention, with the goal of getting over 40% support for Teresa across the district.· Creating political call time lists, and staffing call time with the Congresswoman. Briefing her on background and recent events regarding the folks we call.

· Built a grassroots volunteer organization across 8 Wards in South and North East Albuquerque of 105 volunteers, and 3 volunteer leaders in only 6 weeks. Made 5,147 calls and knocked 1691+ doors as a region, helping to secure a 24 point victory.· Recruited and trained volunteers on phonebanking via OpenVPB, textbanking via ThruText, and canvassing both via MiniVAN and paper packets. Cut turf and phonebank lists in Votebuilder and audited texts in ThruText. Recruited, trained and mentored 3 volunteer leaders who led successful trainings on COVID-safe canvassing, and virtual phonebanking over zoom.· Built, ran, and trained other organizers on the campaign’s relational organizing tool and program.· Recruited for and organized a canvass rally with Rep. Melanie Stansbury, DPNM Chair Jessica Velasquez, and Rep. Teresa Leger Fernandez focused on the importance of women in politics and electing female leaders.

- Responsible for facilitating outreach to and building relationships with Bernalillo County Central Committee, and State Central Committee members of the New Mexico Democratic Party.- Made 100+ persuasion calls daily to CCC, SCC and the general public to rally support for Victor Reyes.- Lead trainings on how to run for State Central Committee, as well as phonebank and text bank trainings (OpenVPB, Spoke) over Zoom.

· Digitally built and maintained a grassroots volunteer organization of 400+ volunteers to help elect democrats up and down the ballot in Santa Fe County. Made 91,735 phone calls and sent 253,806 texts as a region, resulting in a 13.4% increase in voter turnout from 71,925 in 2016 to 81,573 in 2020, historic voter turnout statewide, victory in 5/6 State Senate races, 7/9 State House races, and aided the election of the first woman of color to the U.S. House for NMCD3. · Interviewed, hired, trained and supervised three paid fellows.· Developed and ran online zoom trainings for volunteers of all ages, backgrounds, and technological skill on OpenVPB, ThruTalk, and ThruText. Assigned and audited volunteer text messages, and used VoteBuilder to create targeted call lists.· Worked with the Santa Fe County Party Chair, as well as ward chairs, to plan and run virtual events with candidates, such as Liz Stefanics, Jessica Velasquez, Claudia Risner, and Leo Jaramillo.· Collaborated with community organizations like TrueKids1, YUCCA, and Sunrise Movement, to develop a youth program focused on empowerment and civic engagement.

READ New Orleans provides early child literacy classes for children ages 4 months to 5 years. At READ I assist with running classes, engaging children in reading books, singing songs and other activities related to early child development. I also help with organizational and administrative aspects, such as cataloging, cleaning and re-ordering supplies, keeping track of child attendance and communicating with parents.

Greater New Orleans Area

Used museum artifacts and personal stories to present guests with a nuanced and accurate account of American experiences during World War II, including servicemen, their families back home, and civilians they would have interacted with. Responsible for conducting two-hour tours for 2-15 people on both the Campaigns of Courage galleries (covering the Pacific and European galleries of the war) and the larger artifacts of the war, such as airplanes, Higgins boats, and other materials.

Greater New Orleans Area

Responsible for communicating with students about National History Day projects and providing them with museum resources applicable to their topics. I also assisted in the planning and staffing of the National History Day events. Wrote a research starter for students on Elbe Day and the Red Army during World War II in response to student interest and questions.

Albuquerque, New Mexico Area

Engaged in various forms of constituent interaction through answering phones, helping staff organize events, such as Town Hall Meetings, and taking notes at various community meetings, such as those of the Albuquerque Public School’s Board of Education. I also researched various community issues and prepared reports for the district.
