Utilizes a broad base of IT systems and projects, • Provides level 1 & 2 support of IT issues with user applications, systems and network devices• Answers support calls from internal employees.• Installs, monitors and maintains user workstations, operating systems and applications• Administers and maintains network security access.• Complete documentation of support effort in the service desk system• Assures compliance with internal controls related to particular IT functions• Writes knowledgebase articles of solutions and “how to” information for users and other technicians• Works on improving the Helpdesk/IT Support processes.• Utilizes Service-Now IT service management platform• Works with and supports Citrix• On rotation for after hours and weekend helpdesk emergency calls• Performs remote workstation troubleshooting/configuration via LogMeIn Show less
