Opened and operated Pro shop full time. Consisting of resolving issues in the shop as well as on the course. Including unhappy customers. Trained new employees. Kept track of inventory as well as ran the registers for checking in and ringing up 400+ people a day. Opened the shop starting at 530am as well as closing the shop at 11. Taught group classes and students. Tracked inventory. Created orders. Help direct tournaments and any other inquires with the golf world.

I dealt with cold calling and contacting over 100 consumers on a daily basis.- My main role was informing and resolving with the consumer on any outstanding balances owed. - Kept the legal and company standards and limitations in play all while helping the consumer to fit their personal needs. - First month was top 3 in the company on collections and individuals contacted

Work consisted of working on Multi - Million dollar homes. Dealing with leaks, clearing ground and Debri for contractors and Installers to be able to work efficiently. Re doing or correcting mistakes by carpenters, concrete layers, and framers. Seeing that the home was in accordance for weekly and bi monthly inspections on the homes.

- Communicated the product cost, features and benefits to prospective customers- Tailored the product(Pest and Solar) to the specific factors (lot size, budget, roof material) of thevarious materials- Dealt professionally with complaints, conflicts and even threats

- Customer service interaction and loading products.- Trained in and Trained other employees for safety and permit applications such as forklifts, otherelectric lifts.- Was in charge of a 4 man team at night to stack, load, unload and move inventory
