Cooper has held leadership roles at premier public institutions, including The University of Georgia (UGA) and The University of Maryland, in addition to time spent as executive director at major foundations such as Future Farmers of America (FFA) and Maryland 4-H Foundation.During his time at UGA, Cooper led his team to unprecedented success in fundraising. Among his achievements, his department exceeded its capital campaign goal by more than 240 percent. Throughout his career, he has managed prospect portfolios of more than 150, and has closed significant major gifts with each organization he’s represented. While at FFA, Cooper grew revenue by over 35% and increased the donor base by more than 100 percent.Along with his reputation as an expert in fundraising, Cooper has extensive experience managing the foundational activities critical to success.
