A point of triage between development teams and the rest of the company and its various service organizations. Responded to application deployment, configuration, and product defect escalations raised by members of the Delivery Services and Customer Support organizations. Peer-reviewed customizations and add-ons to core products for security and scalability concerns. Communicated concerns from service organizations to development leaders and coordinated the preparation of emergency issue fixes and monthly product maintenance releases to deliver timely resolution to product defects and continuously improve product quality. Received training with SQL Server Reporting Services and Integration Services and applied those skills by developing data mining processes and reports to analyze product performance and quality metrics.

Performed investigations to identify and correct application configuration and deployment issues. Shared problem solving strategies, issue summaries, and steps necessary to achieve resolution with team members. Examined software defects, security concerns, and performance/scalability issues in close collaboration with Product Development teams and Service organizations. Managed escalated incidents and resolved hundreds of unique problems monthly, increasing breadth of product knowledge and honing problem solving skills under tight deadlines. Contributed to the development of an incident management application that improved prioritization, resulting in better response times and more attention to critical issues.

Deployed and configured products to client systems. Worked closely with SaaS/Hosting organization to coordinate deployments to live Production environments without impact to end users. Developed knowledge of underlying systems (Windows Server, Internet Information Services, SQL Server, .NET Frameworks). Received Desire2Learn Superstar award for "extreme dedication" to completing projects as the entire client-base was upgraded to the latest product version. Regularly contributed to internal process improvements by revising documentation and streamlining procedures.
