Registered and trained over 100 volunteers, conducted DJ evaluations and listener surveys, created new training sessions, supervised and evaluated six staff members, scheduled over 90 volunteers in a quarterly on-air schedule, and facilitated weekly and quarterly meetings. Position required knowledge of the FCC, DMCA, Excel, Microsoft Word, and basic analogue radio equipment. It also required time management, supervision, customer service, awareness of current news events, new music, and understanding of the College Music Journal (CMJ) charting system.

I led team of 6 team captains and over 40 club members in daily practices, volunteering events and tournament. Over the course of 18 months I supervised over 500 hours of community service through Common Threads Farm, Boys and Girls Club of Whatcom County, Bellingham Downtown Partnernship and WWU Asia America Exchange Program. I coordinated two Fall Invitational tournaments with participants from 10 different schools and over 200 individual players. I also had the opportunity to play in 2012-2015 Tennis on Campus National Championships and captain the team in 2014 and 15 leading the WWU team to a 32nd place, its best finish in years.
