I am currently working as a server/bartender at the Breckenridge Brewery Ale and Game House located at the Denver Hilton Inverness Hotel. This experience working here has helped me further my customer service skills while operating at a similar standard but with a different guest experience. At this restaurant/bar, there are plenty of regulars/golfers that come by and I get to have unique relationships with guests. I also see many different professional businessmen and ladies who have taught me to operate differently based on their needs. They might be on a call, having a lunch meeting, or trying to get some work done while they have lunch; this way I know how to take care of many different people. I have improved my interpersonal skills and communication with many different types of people because of this position.
