From the moment I started my studies in Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, I’ve been captivated by the endless possibilities within the field. I’m committed to learning about every aspect of civil engineering, before deciding on a set career path, from the intricate details of forensic engineering to water and waste management.My curiosity knows no bounds—I’m eager to learn from every experience, whether it’s through coursework, extracurricular activities, or hands-on projects. My involvement in organizations like the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Steel Bridge Club has allowed me to explore various facets of civil engineering, from technical design to teamwork and leadership.Outside of my technical education, I spend a lot of my free time socializing with friends or trying new food. Just like in my academic life, I strive to explore as many experiences as possible and take advantage of every opportunity that comes my way, all while appreciating the simple pleasures and enjoying my time.
