Particularly responsible for seeing our deployment with BART continued and our partnerships matured to realize the products which have been created by our joint venture.

Principal in charge for financing, installing, and testing the Company's phase-II deployment on BART and the joint showcase with Cisco demonstrating all of the enhanced features and services which are enabled by our patented networking technology. Additionally responsible for recruiting future senior management to operate the Company once through initial deployment compliance and success.

Created the original plan, vision, and technology road map to launch WiFi Rail into a testing and beta platform. All deployments have proven successful and the Company is moving forward towards a production environment.

Deployed and built the operations for Network Technologies International telephony and wireless (Landline and WiFi) services in US, Mexico, Ghana, and various locations in the Caribbean. NTI additionally became a supplier of pre-paid telephony and WiFi access cards which utilize a proprietary authentication server provinding all of the accounting.

Negotiated the permits, licensing, and relationships to establish a multi-national phone company and then deployed the infrastructure to provide the service. It included multiple states in the US and multiple locations throughout Mexico. The services delivered were the only initial legal competition to TELMEX during that time period.
