My background differs from most recruiters in that I spent the first 13 years of my career as an Business Analyst, Project Manager and Product Manager with the likes of UBS, HSBC Investment Bank, Christies auction house and an engineering company before deciding to spend more time with the family (and my love of sailing) and relocate to the South Coast (when not meeting clients or candidates). As such I have direct experience of working with a wide range of IT staff, senior IT managers and business stakeholders and have been actively involved in the recruitment process from an employer's perspective as well as successfully building and running IT teams in excess of 20 people. I am also one of Client Server's most successful senior consultants and account managers.
