Feb 2013 – Present a Co-Founded Six Maritime, providing seasoned leadership and operational oversite for the company from startup to its present standing of more than one hundred personnel with growth expected to hit one hundred forty, by year’s end. Expertly managed change during rapid growth and product line expansion. Developed all operational company policy, standard operating procedures, process management, internal audits, remote management systems integration with accountability for all personnel with multiple service lines to include training, consulting, physical security, and technology development support. Directed new employee retention programs and incentives as well as creating more robust recruiting and onboarding processes allowing the company to keep pace with growth, despite major labor shortages brought on by the COVID- 19 pandemic. Contributions to date include: fin design, development, patent filing and maintenance, secured investor funding, coordinated, and advised on all engineering efforts required to make the transition from bench-built prototype to full scale injection molding production. Managed all RDT&E efforts with 9 prototype phases to achieve mil-spec standard of testing. Efforts were critical in achieving a major company milestone with the first official mass production run on schedule for Mar 2023.
