I am a innovation, retail and consumer expert with over 25 years experience creating new propositions, products, services, beta brands and businesses for clients that include Mars Wrigley, More Th>n, News International, Time Inc, Selfridges Tesco, New Look, John Lewis, Gap, Virgin Media, BMW, Microsoft, Proctor & Gamble, Marks & Spencer and The Economist. All these propositions are developed using consumer evidence : which I have deep expertise in surfacing. Combining experienced conceptualising, deep research skills, human centred design, consumer obsession with great people understanding, I have thrown myself into the Lean startup methodologies and put them in to action, successfully! I have been instrumental in creating new propositions for retailers, consumer product organisations, insurance providers , banks and media businesses. I have helped set up and run innovation labs but not run away once the ideas have been validated. I have stuck around through the incubation stage into BAU. Two of the propositions have been shortlisted for awards within their respective industries. From product and service design to cultural change, digital transformation and story, my cv covers it all including digital brand strategy, content strategy, editorial concepting and planning, tone-of-voice documentation, content audits, social media strategy, proposition development, user experience, team-building and management as well as working along side A-T-L & CRM agencies and publishing houses: I am fluent in driving brand content throughout the total customer experience.
