I am excited to share the success of the Imagine Charity Gala, an initiative I co-led with peers from the Beyond Borders Business Program at The Upper Grand District School Board. Our gala raised funds and awareness for The Children's Foundation, Guelph General Hospital, the David Suzuki Foundation, and the Make Your Mark Foundation.As Director of Sales and Finance, I crafted sponsorship tiers, managed a team of 17, and secured sponsorships from major corporations. I also orchestrated budgets, tracked finances meticulously, and played a role in fundraising and amplifying awareness.Our collaborative efforts resulted in raising over $120,000, benefitting these vital causes and their initiatives. It's been rewarding to contribute to meaningful change through effective leadership and teamwork.
