Currently Lead Coordinator for 30+ Tutors who teach to K5-5th graders at Clemson Elementary, West End Elementary and Six Miles Elementary during theirafter school to help them improve their reading and writing scores. As the Lead coordinator I am responsible for a small cohort of tutors in conjunction with our Director who, as a liaison acts a functioning on site director and coordinator tutor at Clemson Elementary and Six Mile Elementary. At any given time I am responsible for over 50 children per day. I work closely with my team members to review tutors lesson plans and guided assignments to ensure that the students are learning according to standards. Previously worked as a tutor and then coordinator from June 2017- January 2020, before signing on again as a graduate student to be Lead Coordinator.

Assisted with Pre-Construction efforts such as outreach databases, Estimating Take-offs, and Project Management duties. In addition, I assisted the Project Manager with submittals, assisted in preparing/coordinating meetings as well as various tasks associated with the closeout process and document control.

I assisted in the process of preparing site logistics, day to day activities with coordinating work for subcontractors as well as assisting the General Superintendent with necessary tasks. In addition, I assisted the Project Team with coordinating deliveries, Daily Construction Reports and additional tasks on-site that varied from day to day.
