After 30 years of leadership in the banking and financial services I recently joined a phenomenal non-profit, Enterprise Community Partners. They're efforts are visible in communities throughout the United States and they are a leading advocate and active participant in making possible the dream of widespread and sustainable affordable housing. Previously as the CEO and Board member of Volkswagen Bank Mexico, I oversaw the strategy, operational and sales performance, and compliance of the bank, the Financial Services & Leasing companies & Insurance Broker. We partnered with 9 brands and 200+ dealers servicing over 600,000 customers significantly improving product, services, sales, profitability, digital footprint, and overall satisfaction of both customers and employees. Prior to that, I was a board member, CFO, and EVP of VW Credit Inc and VW Credit Inc Canada, where I oversaw the financial planning & reporting, treasury, risk management, servicing operations, and IT for the US and Canada based financial services companies. We partnered with 3 primary brands and 1000+ dealers and more than 2 million customers improving profitability and sales performance while significantly decreasing expenses through key operational excellence & regionalization initiatives.
