My primary task was to develop and present use cases for emerging AI, ML, and blockchain technologies that Infosys could implement to benefit their engagement with Microsoft’s global finance function. I was able to successfully navigate the steep learning curve of this project by participating in stakeholder interviews with internal technical experts as well as external experts, including C-suite thought leaders in the digital transformation field. The key to my success in this role was the ability to assimilate the technical information I learned from experts, and through my own research, into a compelling story that conveyed the value of my use cases to the client.
