CurrentResponsible for creating mission readiness through inspection, launch, recovery, servicing, and overall maintenance of F-16 multirole fighter aircraft. First-line supervisor for successful 300-hour Phase inspections of aircraft to ensure pilot safety and peak mechanical performance.Key Accomplishments● Successfully enabled sorties during an overseas combat deployment, totaling over 2739 flight hours, in support of Operations Inherent Resolve and Spartan Shield over a 3.5 month period● Generated effective flying hours at domestic training events such as Top Gun, Red Flag, and WSEP● Deputized by the D.C. Metro Police for the 4th of July 2023 to maintain order and safety during late night festivities in the D.C. metro area● Trained 5 less experienced Airmen over a 3-month period on critical maintenance procedures such as aerospace ground equipment operation and pneumatic servicing, reducing errors and improving overall team performance while creating a low-stress learning environment● Responsible for leading a team of six on operational checkouts for landing gear, leading edge flaps, arresting gear, and other essential components● Supervised critical maintenance functions such as aircraft jacking and towing, operating aerospace ground equipment, and engine operation
