Current- Provide outstanding customer service with expedient and efficient responses to client inquiries.
- Use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to implement email campaigns, journeys, reports, HTML and SFMC template building, Asset management, data management, and segmentation.
- Offer expert insight into troubleshooting and present analysis for systems and procedures in order to streamline client marketing strategy in regard to data management, email deliverability, email presentation/layout.
- Consult for clients leveraging marketing reports, trends, and analysis to improve customer engagement.
- Handling of sensitive client and database information via secure portals and perform detail oriented data ingestion/imports safely and precisely for client needs.
- Build, test, analyze, and deploy email campaigns to client speculations to desired target audiences/data sets.
