Current• Plan, delegate priority responsibilities and supervise day to day operations within the Produce Department• Fosters an environment for team-growth through coaching and mentoring on 6 person produce team• Maintains a strong Raley’s company image through relational-customer interaction and engaging product presentation• Ensures team is fully trained in all aspects of the job, and ensures occupational safety standards are met• Actively responsible for P&L in the department, promoting sales growth and reducing shrink, utilizing 6 deliveries a week to keep product truck to shelf.
