Digital Science currently does business in more than 50 countries.Strategize and execute initiatives to build out a new customer base, expanding Digital Science’s footprint across technology-based economic development organizations.Conduct comprehensive market research to identify growth opportunities and competitive challenges in the technology-driven economic development sector, positioning Digital Science as a thought leader and trusted partner.Use customer insights to drive development of targeted, customer-focused solutions, enhancing product effectiveness and aligning product strategy with evolving market needs.Serve as a liaison between customers, senior leadership, engineering, and design teams, translating key feedback into actionable product requirements that directly inform product prototyping and beta testing.Develop and deliver clear, concise project progress reports, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and keeping stakeholders updated on key milestones and metrics.
