Directly responsible for leading service production at two main campuses in Conway and Little Rock. Led staff and over 80 volunteers in execution of weekend services, responsible for overall vision for service production and systems.Led the process of audio and lighting system overhauls in both campuses. Laid the foundation for what is now a healthy, vibrant service production ethos.Production manager for NLC's 10th anniversary celebration event "DECADE" which was held in February 2011 at the sold out Verizon Arena in Little Rock. Hired production vendors, detailed and led implementation of the service itself (production scheduling, coordination, organization, service flow and script, managing production budget) and mixed FOH for the event.

Oversee all audio production that impacts weekend and midweek services, as well as auditorium special events, for one of the largest multi-campus churches in America at the time (12,000+ weekend attendance). Lead audio department of 14 staff & volunteer engineers who mix among 6 campuses. Primary FOH & Monitor engineer (1 desk) for services at the main campus, with extensive experience mixing such varied instrumentation as aggressive rock & roll, percussion, strings, horns, and 3-8 person dramas/musical theatre. Maintain and manage sound reinforcement system for main auditorium (1500 seats). Manage campus RF coordination of over 100 frequencies.• Successfully led in-ear monitor transition from wedges for over 35 individual artists.• Coordinated design & installation of new sound systems for multiple venues, bothpermanent & portable.• Serve on Production Core Leadership Team. Responsible for developing best audiopractices between campuses, purchasing, & team vision-casting.
