I am Certified Personal Trainer born and raised in the Comox Valley. I have found my passion in the Fitness Industry and have a love for researching and understanding the intricacies of human movement. Utilising evidence based research and combining years of personal experience in my own sports background and, from my own personal fitness journey. It transfers well into what I do, as I work to help people discover what they are capable of as they pursue the goals that are unique to them. Understanding that when it comes to one's fitness journey it’s not just about an exercise routine, it’s about Mind, Body & Spirit. I am dedicated to helping people discover their true potential and I approach my coaching with a holistic mindset. Understanding that when it comes to change there are many factors involved. Although exercise is important, there is a need to to look at all aspects of change such as stress, sleep & nutrition. I love being a personal trainer and absolutely love educating which is why I do so with a "coach" mindset. Apart from diving into my studies to increase his knowledge for his clients; he enjoys training in American Kenpo Karate and Muay Thai. When not in the gym training or practising martial arts he enjoys spending his time with his family. Although a newer face in the game, I spend a lot of time seeking to learn from the best minds in the industry. Currently I am in the process of going through an in depth Exercise Mechanics course.
