During my years in college, I have had a number of job experiences including several months in construction, technician of a marching band, and a game advisor at GameStop. I have interned with the GIS Department of Lee County by completing projects including data entry of housing subdivision polygons and property easements using ArcGIS and legal descriptions. Also, I have completed a GPS coordinate field work project for ArcGIS Online maps of the Estero Disk Golf Experience (EDGE). Along with this, I have aided the Lee County Utilities Department in a new sidewalk project by plotting the currently placed utility pipes. Currently, I work as a GIS Analyst with Stantec Consulting Inc. in Naples, FL. My project load consists of many different GIS aspects including editing, advanced editing, georeferencing, and geodatabase editing. Also, I work heavily with utilities data, collecting GPS data via Trimble Geoexplorer 6000 series GPS systems, and have experience with working side-by-side with clients to create their desired exhibits.My intention for the future is to use the experience I've received to continue to assist me in a career and to learn more as I continue to gain more knowledge of ArcGIS and other GIS software.
