Acted as owner’s representative for a developer, managing a Design-Build contractor.Templeton Site Redevelopment [$40M]: Redevelopment for a land lease to a package processing facility. 8 individually managed work packages under my control, 144,000m2 development site, new services and roads, 52,000m2 amenity park, relocated operational assets, demolition of a 5,000m2 building, and remediation of a heavily contaminated site. Development required an extensive public consultation process.JetSet Valet [$16M]: Construction of a 3,000m2 new building, and 128,000m2 parking area. Project was to convert an existing self-park operation to a valet style. Project was completed in a continuously operated area and had to minimize any impact.Pier F [$3M]: – Concept Managed the conceptual design of an airport terminal building expansion for 8 new gates. Scope was a new 108,000m2 floor area building, renovation of 3,000 m2 of existing terminal, and planning the construction phasing and execution. Implementation would be in a continuously operating airport environment.
