Never Down Communications Strategy
CurrentPromotes and ensure all messaging is in in alignment with the values of Never Down. Collaboration with management and senior team leads. Responsibilities include detecting opportunities for and creating/developing content that can be distributed via various Bank Communication channels to drive understanding, adoption, and sponsorship for all things Never Down. Works with legal, risk and compliance partners to ensure materials are in compliance. Update and maintain the library of best practice communication and education/marketing materials including emails, videos, seminars, confluence, microsites, brochures, mailers, articles, worksheets. Coordinate with Learning and Development to drive Never Down education objectives. Support the team in technical documentation needs and collaborate with process teams for work instructions and standards development.
