• Support clients through consultation, maximize facility footprint by ensuring greatest use of cubic sq. footage• Assist with facility planning and restructuring through a multitude of methods including: aisle widths and lengths, racking layouts, battery stations, tunnels, entry/exit space, clear aisle, dock door locations, CAD drawing consultation and several others• Help to attain and maintain key performance indicators for client facilities. Maximize KPI’s such as: throughput, SKU velocity, density, dock-to-stock, reduced downtime, etc.• Institute best practices through improved methods such as slotting, charging, fleet and picking metrics in accordance with aforementioned KPI targets• Create custom specification within product offering to match consultative approach. Fit equipment fleet needs to match proposed target plan• Support colleagues on accounts involved in the warehouse, 3PL and distribution industry• Manage customer fleet and facility telemetry after product arrival to ensure best practices are properly instituted and maintained

• Account management of strategic client accounts• Manage client expectation and timeline for rollout of facility changes. Time and provide support for equipment arrivals, racking alterations, rentals and power solutions (batteries, facility voltage, etc.)• Negotiate and manage new sale acquisition, asset trade-ins, lease agreements, short and long term rentals, and service requirements• Thorough understanding of transportation and logistics, warehouse management, material handling and optimization to drive better monthly and quarterly revenue management • Assist with organizing and delivering on sales, margin and profit KPI’s within client portfolio• Meet and exceed brand market share expectations • Comfortable in contentious negotiating with clients at all levels
