I am an account manager for Brenntag Canada and I am located in Fort St. John, BC. My primary duty is to sell production based oil & gas targeted chemical products that help in the production of natural gas and oil in my areas within North Eastern British Columbia. I must make cold calls, monthly visits to my customers, stay on top of the inventories, produced and publish reports, seek market intelligence and report to name a few of my duties.

My main duty of my employment at Employment Connections was to work with individuals who were financially, educationally, and at time mentally challenged which were barriers for the individuals when trying to gain meaningful employment. I was the CAP program Coordinator and often drew on the expertise of the Team Members when developing action plans for the clients we served.

During my employment as an addictions counselor with the Northern Health Authority I had the wonderful opportunity to work with many other social service professionals in the community. In order to meet the needs of the customers we served it we crucial to draw on the resources our community could afford. In my practice I work hands on with individuals who's lives have become unmanageable due to the direct or indirect effects alcohol and drug abuse has had on their lives. I sat on many committees during my employment and played an instrumental role in bringing the "NIC" program to Fort St. John as well I also played an active role in all community prevention strategies. I carried a very large case load and was a respected professional in the community. I chose to leave the NHA on my own terms.
