105 Champagne (Capital Hall) - Current Project - $60 Million - Project CoordinatorDuties:Calculating Concrete quantities and coordinating all aspects for the pour of concrete for Capital Hall and tracking the quantities using Microsoft Excel.Maintaining on site documents on a daily basis. SI's, RFI's Etc... Taking photographs of onsite conditions/construction process. Recording Bi-Weekly site meeting minutes for Sub Trades. Issuing RFI's to consultants as required. Obtaining quotes/pricing from construction trades for building materials on site and submitting to the Project Manager. Using MS Project to schedule each sub trade activity per floor to produce a prime schedule. Ordering on site materials for site to function. Tracking and documenting processes for building envelope construction at Envie project. Coordinating with various trades to complete deficiencies prior to installation of exterior windows. Oversaw Railing Installers on site to ensure railings were installed at the right units according to schedule. Tracked Progress by the high lighting of balcony railing installation using elevation Drawings of 360 Patricia.
