Working with data is like solving puzzles; it's mentally engaging and immensely satisfying once you arrive at the correct solution and have the finished product in your hands (or on-screen).I am a technically savvy aspiring HR professional who has had the fortune of acquiring quite a bit of great experience from my Compensation/HRIS Analyst position at the City of Ann Arbor. On the HRIS front, my experience includes co-administering the HRIS, stress testing a new HRIS, implementing improvements and also running reports of varying complexity and transforming them as needed into usable information for fellow team-members or management. I've also acquired a great deal of experience in compensation as well, having compiled information for ACT 312 arbitration and turned them into presentable exhibits, conducted public sector market analysis, created organization-wide compensation org charts and the creation/editing of job descriptions, union documents, etc. I really love what I am doing and hope to continue honing my craft while greatly contributing to the team I work with!
