Working with Members of an upscale senior living community to create, organize, plan, an execute fun and exciting in house events & outside programs and outings.

Completing set up, execution, and tear down for events. Working with a Banquet Manager and Captain to ensure quality of service. Keeping a keen eye for detail and working in a fast pace environment while managing a timeline. Working with several departments and communicating clearly to each department what is needed. Making sure event receipts are completed by clients. Completing function reports for each event for records and additional events in the future.

Researching and creating advertising to grow business. Contacting leads and maintaining relationships with current clients to grow business. Meeting with clients to plan and coordinate events. Work with clients to create contracts, select vendors, catering, and design arrangements. Receiving and processing deposits and payments. Working with client to ensure a successful execution of each event from A to Z. Complete follow up procedures to ensure satisfaction and return.

Work with Senior Event Coordinator to create event contracts and complete deposit and payment procedures. Assist clients with vendor selection and additional planning. Work with client to ensure quality of service and event completion from A to Z. Planning and execution of the Annual Bridal Expo.
