Fleet Manager is a collaborative role that encompasses the development of field and internal Client Services processes, as well as evaluation of product feedback from the field in an effort to improve client experience. This role liaises between Client Services, Quality, and Product Engineers to prioritize issues, engineer & prototype solutions, and assist with the coordination of detailing and implementation. Input requires craft, finishing, wiring, and packing skills, as well as the ability to design custom parts as needed post-shipment. The Fleet Manager is responsible for supervision and development of Fleet Field Specialists and facility locations in Los Angeles, New York City, Miami, and Chicago.

Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area

Established and managed a satellite facility that receives, inspects, repairs, and delivers full range of standard product line, in addition to custom and bespoke projects. Developed client relationships and cooperated directly with clients to resolve conflicts with quality control. Traveled domestically and internationally to resolve warranty issues. Facilitated installation of products by coordinating with various construction site personnel.

Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area
