Report directly to the company’s Business Development Tools manager. Primary focus of the position is to ensure that the company is in legal compliance when working with all software licenses issued and purchased by company from multiple vendors.• Track, monitor and maintain all issued licenses which are used by multiple business units for various projects to fulfill military contracts awarded to the company by the US Government.• Acting as a liaison amongst all business unit Project Managers and Business Area Managers to ensure that all licenses and products which are needed are to complete project have been ordered, purchased, tracked and delivered.• Ensuring that all licenses are being operated in a legal manner, sustained and issued to correct persons.• Creation and maintenance of multiple databases that are used on the company database to provided those necessary with up-to-date information as it relates to specific project needs and cost.• Assist with annual budget• Ad-hoc projects as deemed necessary.
