I have acquired many skills over my years in the work force starting with service in the United States Marine Corps and transitioning into the RV industry afterwards. Some key achievements from my time in the service are Marine Corps Good Conduct Medal, Combat Action Ribbon (Afghanistan), Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, Afghanistan Campaign Medal (w/ 1 Bronze Service Medal). Global War on Terrorism Service Medal. National Defense Service Medal, Letter of Appreciation, NATO Medal-ISAF Afghanistan, and Rifle Qualification Badge (Sharpshooter). My past 9 years in the RV industry have been with Challenger Door which was then acquired by Lippert and a few of the key skills acquired have been leadership, supply chain knowledge and buyer-supplier relationships. I started off on the production floor assembling screen doors for entry doors supplied to the RV industry. After a couple of years, I transitioned over to the warehouse/material side of things, then moving to a warehouse lead role and from there moved into a role managing our sub-contract materials as well as purchasing for lamination, subcontracting suppliers, and MRO.
