Migrated data from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2010 in order to help the company have a centralized collection of data and launch the new Deltek Global Consulting site. Collaborated with team members to develop a SharePoint List to collect project status information from Project Managers weekly to provide to senior management. Created a New Hire Consulting Onboarding Guide that contains helpful information on the company, the department, and to acclimate new hires to ensure new hires have a successful transition into their role. Responsible for generating reports monthly to provide upper management with a view of allocated training hours, and to assess the suspense hours and expenses for the department by providing this data to management, we were able to convert non-billable hours into billable revenue for the team.
