Policytech Administrator
Current• Act as subject matter expert to organization’s policies and procedures application: PolicyTech • Responsibilities include creation and deletion of user accounts, maintenance of authorized users within application, and to provide various reports to staff based on request or need • Training sessions are provided to staff when requested • Responsibilities also include ensuring departmental policies and procedures are reviewed and approved, based on set review date, to ensure compliancy based on industry and organizational regulations• Provide root cause analysis on any issue reported by end user
