Policytech Administrator
Current- Act as subject matter expert to organization’s policies and procedures application: PolicyTech
- Responsibilities include creation and deletion of user accounts, maintenance of authorized users within application, and to provide various reports to staff based on request or need
- Training sessions are provided to staff when requested
- Responsibilities also include ensuring departmental policies and procedures are reviewed and approved, based on set review date, to ensure compliancy based on industry and organizational regulations
- Provide root cause analysis on any issue reported by end user
