With over a decade of experience in telecommunications and field operations, I’ve had the privilege of leading talented teams to deliver exceptional results in challenging environments.In my roles, I guided teams of tower climbers, technicians, and warehouse staff across multiple locations, successfully building and maintaining dozens of communication towers and enhancing network reliability for communities. I’ve always believed in leading by example—prioritizing safety, fostering growth in my teams, and ensuring we deliver high-quality solutions.Before entering telecommunications, I honed my leadership and technical skills as a Petty Officer First Class in the U.S. Navy.
