Develop dynamic analytics solutions in MicroStrategy and Excel to support Store and Corporate Operations. While continuing duties as BI developer and training manager, partner with IT leadership to implement Agile methodologies and Scrum framework in three cross-functional development teams.

Quickly become a power user of MicroStrategy by developing BI solutions for the enterprise, including reports, dashboards, and advanced metrics. Create, manage, and continuously improve the company's BI training program. Assist the PMO, QA, and software engineering teams with testing, and later partner with them as Scrum Master.

Support the corporate and field operators with data based performance analysis and forecasting. Design tools to forecast production needs and guide field operators in their ongoing production planning.

Forecast and analyze sales and profitability of the Bakery Department on all levels. Communicate directly with field operators to identify and address performance issues and opportunities. Plan and execute bakery product allocations for all stores. Coordinate with external distributor to ensure efficient receipt and rotation of perishable product.

Manage and conduct all billing activities for promotions within the Non-Perishable departments. Identify and resolve cost discrepancies. Plan product merchandising through the software SpaceMan.

Support the Meat and Seafood Merchandising team in program development and execution. Communicate with vendors and operational partners on changes in pricing and policy. Lead the research and help develop the vision for TFM's first Sustainable Seafood Program. Learn by observing some of the best Merchants in the industry while providing administrative assistance, rolling up sleeves at the stores, and engaging with multiple parts of the business.
