While continuing duties as BI developer and training manager, partner with IT leadership to implement Agile methodologies and Scrum framework in three cross-functional development teams.

Quickly become a power user of MicroStrategy by developing BI solutions for the enterprise, including reports, dashboards, and advanced metrics. Create, manage, and continuously improve the company's BI training program. Assist the PMO, QA, and software engineering teams with testing, and later partner with them as Scrum Master.

Support the corporate and field operators with data based performance analysis and forecasting. Design tools to forecast production needs and guide field operators in their ongoing production planning.

Forecast and analyze sales and profitability of the Bakery Department on all levels. Communicate directly with field operators to identify and address performance issues and opportunities.
