The Distribution team was responsible for solution delivery of all aspects of U.S. Army materiel sales and distribution activity; the Business Intelligence team delivered enterprise-level customized and ad-hoc query reporting functionality to more than 10,000 users.Mr. Powers played a key role in leading the preparatory efforts for legacy data migration, system testing and user-acceptance for LMP's Deployment Two (AMCOM Aviation & Missile Army command). In May, 2009, He was a key member of the D2 Cutover operations center management team and is currently engaged in similar activities for the October 2010 delivery of Deployment Three (TACOM, JM&LC and ASC Army commands). Additionally, in October, 2009, Mr. Powers led the cutover and operations center management team for the SAP R/3 4.6c to ECC 6.0 upgrade conversion.

The Customer Master Interface was high-complexity work involving transferring ownership of customer master data to a third party and developing XI interfaces to maintain this data in LMP. The Data Migration team managed the migration of more than 1.5 million legacy records into the LMP solution with an overall >99% load success rate. The Partner Testing team participated in a two-month test cycle, resulting in G-Army program recognition of each LMP team member's successful contribution and participation.His teams delivered these solutions to the program on-time; fully meeting the requirements of the program, client and stakeholders. -
