Manage needs of the Science Center in its entirety at Northern Kentucky University. I provide upper-level tech support to network infrastructure in laboratories and classrooms, as well as general tech support for all levels of issues within the confines of the building. I currently support 100 faculty and staff as well as provide expertise and service to all specialized equipment within the building. I currently have two direct reports that service the building under my tutelage. I have painstakingly moved the building toward the industry technology standards of performance as well as security. Current projects and Achievements include:-Compute Cluster development for Physics Department-Rendering Farm for Physics/Astronomy-Implementation and instruction on specialized software and hardware for biological inputs for Biology Department-Coordinating and implementing all PC replacements within the building (All Dept.)-Continuing member of campus-wide Information Technology Advisory Council-Additionally, implementing new, more efficient policies and protocols for tech within the building
