Assist in accounting procedures including but not limited too reconciling Visa statements, balance checkbook daily and monthly, data entry, process ACH payments, along with processing of non-inventory bill payment, also assist with batch processing and check entry as needed.

Daily accounting working with POS system, gas and fuel readings daily, Gas price changes, working with different card systems (credit cards, EBT, phone cards, money orders) Ordering stock for entire store including maintenance items, keeping the store in functioning order including but not limited to pumps, bathrooms, cash registers, and coolers. Hiring processes including all required paper work and interviewing. Firing processes including performance improvement plans. #1 priority was keeping customers happy and comming back! 10 key operation, input of daily invoices, markup/markdowns, price changes, everything that involves a convenience store operation running smoothly day to day!

Appointed in wave placing parts into circuit board, mastered soldering classes and advance training within company. Inspection certified and also certified to run the Universal, Panasonic and Fuji machines, worked some feeder load and some repairs. Appraised for running more hours and product then expected and efficiently.
