I am responsible for all aspects of the automotive technology program including setting budgets ,staffing and curriculum development. . I am also responsible for student advisement and training of instructors . Since my time at Rockland Community College I have designed and built a state of the art automotive technology center. The Herbert Kurz Automotive Technology Center is 27,301 square ft of instructional space packed with the latest in automotive technology. The center was named a leadership school by Nc3 and currently offers all of the Nc3 automotive certifications. In addition to the general automotive program . The center currently offers a Ford ASSET program , Subaru University and the FCA Cap local program. I am very proud of where I have taken a program that was to be closed before I was brought on board to a leader in the NY market place.

I strive to help shop owners streamline their production and sales process. While bringing their parts and payroll cost's to to a level that will increase their profit.

Responsible for all aspects of facility operations, personnel, parts and outside sales. *Implemented and taught employees diagnostic strategies, *Taught skills for automotive systems including transmissions, engine performance emissions controls and computer systems.*Met business plan goal 2 years ahead of proposed schedule by increasing sales and production capabilities by 100%.
