This is a multi-faceted position that includes not only service and support for the suite sales team throughout the summer and during the NFL season, but also involves assisting the club’s most valuable clients to ensure their happiness in their experiences with the Cincinnati Bengals. In addition to their daily responsibilities, the suite sales & services intern is expected to be in attendance at each stadium wide event in which suites are sold, all Bengals home games as well as other various events hosted by the Bengals throughout the duration of the internship.

Oversee luxury suites and clubs including: Founders Suite, Bally Sports Suites, Frontgate Outdoor Luxury Suite, Boone County Bourbon Press Club, and Lexus Diamond Club• Scanning digital tickets at Suite Gate Entrance points of entry on the Suite Level• Entering each assigned suite and checking the suite for cleanliness, electronic or mechanical trouble.• Ensure all amenities and services meet suite holders’ expectations.• Checking tickets and wrist-banding all suite ticket holders
