This is a 4-5 day a week summer labor/landscaping job in which a small team of workers would do full maintenance and landscaping in the largest public park in the city. As I worked here for multiple summers there is an added responsibility placed on to me as to ensure safe with new part-time employees. This would take effect as me training newer employees on the correct and safest ways to operate industrial machinery. I fully appreciate the leadership opportunity given to me though this high school summer job.
