- Effectively manages sales generation by utilizing Corporate marketing materials, model homes, local resources and realtor relationships- Show the community, lots, and spec homes to prospects and realtors. Tour model homes.Market community (participation in local events or local sales organizations)- Serve as trusted advisor/primary point of contact for home buyer from initial meeting through home closing. Scope may vary during phases of sales process- Generate excitement by effectively identifying needs of potential home buyers and matching related solutions- Builds confidence with potential home buyer by selling features/benefits of Builder's Homes

- Evaluate Federal Government RFP's- Prepare proposal execution strategy- Delegate and manage aquisition of proposal requirements from different departments- Manage and coordinate development of all marketing materials and presentation tools- Provide word-processing, desktop publishing and design skills to produce proposal packaging

- Advise customers of best and most applicable plans to optimize user experience within budget- Responsible for conducting client analysis, along with developing and reviewing service contracts- Maintain knowledge of all company products, pricing plans, and service features at all times- Responsible for being cognizant of competitive offers and provide feedback regarding competition

- Analyze Military/Federal Government Requests for Proposal to find prospective contracts- Prepare proposal work plans, delegate and manage assignments- Collect, edit, and organize proposals to produce cohesive, well-organized content to assure accuracy and exceed strict Government response standards- Deliver proposals to proper recipients within strenuous receiving timeframes

- Manage and coordinate marketing design projects from concept through completion- Consistently complete multiple projects under varying deadlines- Provide word-processing, desktop publishing and design skills to produce proposal packaging

- Establish layouts, copy and graphics of print advertisements for magazines and newspaper ads- Participate in a team effort on large-scale ad campaigns promoting various events- Develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards for local television commercials- Lead the redesign of client websites
